There are the things that are easier for me to digest.  
  • Simple soup
  • Ripe fruits (esp. melons)
  • Protein, eggs, quorn, 
  • No salad
  • No added sugar
  • Not too filling: rice, pasta breads, grains, bananas

People are kind. Some of you want to make prepare a a fabulous a by preparing meal.

If you'd like to make some food for me, that would be fab. It doesn't need to be fancy or a lot! Imagine getting virtually no exercise beyond walking slowly into the next room a few times a day. What would you want to eat? Just in case that's different from me, here are some guidelines.

Some things I like/crave that are easy to digest
  • cooked vegetables - prefer organic; some raw veg is OK
  • protein - eggs, beans, tempeh, nuts, cheese, tofu, etc         
  • cooked garlic, onions, ginger
  • soups and stews
  • fruit: whatever's ripe
Foods I cant really digest (or like v small amounts of)
  • salad 
  • super filling (bread, pasta), or salty food 
  • white sugar, white rice, white bread
